Design toolkits stop at the moodboard. Accounting suites stop at the ledger. AI apps stop at a pretty picture. Qurate runs the whole job — capture any product, show it in the client's room with AI, get approvals, invoice, then track every piece through your warehouse to the door.
Built for everyone who designs with products — interior designers, home stagers, and party decorators.
14-day free trial on every plan. Then from $19/month — priced for your studio, not per seat. Cancel anytime.

One platform for everyone who designs with products
Capture from any site on the web — with tuned parsers for the retailers you use most
Every other platform makes you pick a lane — then leaves you stitching the rest together with spreadsheets and email. Qurate is built on one idea: the job isn't done until the piece is in the room.
Deep ledgers, dated workflows. They start at the purchase order — but design starts weeks earlier, when you find the product. Priced per seat for large firms.
Beautiful moodboards and portals — then procurement dies at the PDF. Once the client says yes, you’re back in spreadsheets to order, track, and receive.
A pretty picture with nowhere to go. The render isn’t connected to real products, real prices, or a real order — it’s inspiration, not a plan.
Capture → AI concept → client approval → invoice → purchase & receiving → warehouse → install. One login, one source of truth, and a client portal that shows your brand — not your suppliers.
Qurate replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, email threads, payment apps, and tracking tools with one platform — from first product to final delivery and payment.
Grab products from any site on the web with the Chrome extension — not just one marketplace’s catalog. Names, prices, and images parse automatically.
Track vendor price and your price separately, and control per client whether prices or source URLs are ever visible. Your sourcing is your IP — Qurate keeps it that way.
Render the client’s actual room with the actual products you’ve sourced — every render is backed by real items with real prices, ready to order.
Draw floor plans with real dimensions — walls, doors, windows, furniture, and the products you’ve captured. Keep plans in your library or attach them to any project.
Send a private, designer-branded portal. Clients review, approve, and request changes on each item — no logins to fight with, no marketplace poaching them.
Draft invoices auto-populate from approved products and billable time. Hours and markups stop leaking through the cracks between tools.
Clients pay by card in their portal, and funds are deposited straight to your bank via Stripe — no chasing checks, no manual transfers.
Log shipments with condition and dimensions, flag damage on arrival, and print QR labels optimized for thermal printers like the Zebra GK420t.
Know exactly what’s received but not yet delivered — organized by building, room, and shelf. The only design platform that knows where the chair is.
Every product can be for sale, for rent, or both. Built for stagers and event pros who deploy the same inventory again and again.
Marketplace platforms show clients where everything comes from — and what it really costs. Qurate is built for the professional: your library tracks vendor price and your price side by side, and you decide, client by client, what the portal reveals.

Curated for the living room
Upload a photo of the real space — a living room, a vacant listing, or an empty party venue. Pick from the products you've actually sourced, and Qurate generates a photoreal render where every item is real, priced, and ready to order. When the client says “yes, exactly that,” you're one click from the shopping list — not starting over.

Every arrival and install on one planning calendar
This is where every other design platform waves goodbye — and where install-day disasters are born. Qurate tracks each approved product from purchase order to receiving dock to warehouse shelf to the client's door.
Qurate covers the full lifecycle of every product you sell or rent — the part other platforms cover, and the part they don't.
Browse any site on the web. Click the Qurate extension to pull the product into your library in seconds.
Build collections, lay out the space to scale in the Room Planner, then render the client’s actual room with the actual products — priced and ready to order.
Clients approve in a portal that shows your brand and hides your sources. Approvals auto-fill the invoice; payment lands in your bank.
Track POs to the receiving dock, print QR labels, shelve by location, and deliver on schedule.

“My old portal showed clients exactly where I sourced everything — and one of them started buying direct. In Qurate I flip a switch and they see my curation, my price, my brand. My margin is mine again.”
Sarah Mitchell
Principal Designer, Mitchell Interiors
“I show sellers an AI render of their vacant listing staged with my actual rental inventory. Every piece in the render is real and priced, so when they say yes, the shopping list already exists. Qurate closed the gap between 'I have an idea' and 'sign here.'”
Priya Anand
Owner, Evergreen Home Staging
“Receiving, QR labels, and inventory by location mean I finally know what's at the warehouse and what's gone out. Damage gets flagged the day it arrives instead of install morning. No more spreadsheet hell.”
Emily Rodriguez
Operations Lead, Luxe Furnishings
Legacy suites charge for every chair at every desk. Qurate plans are flat, transparent, and scale when you do. No hidden fees, ever.

For growing teams & practices
For design studios & teams
Qurate is software for businesses that design with products. You capture products from any website, show clients their room with AI renders built from those real products, get approvals in a branded client portal, invoice and take card payments, and track every piece through purchase orders, receiving and your warehouse to install day.
Interior designers, home stagers and event and party decorators: anyone who sources products for clients and needs to present, sell or rent them and get them delivered.
Starter is $19 a month, Professional $39 and Studio $69. Annual billing saves 10%. Plans are priced per studio, not per seat, and you can cancel anytime.
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card to start, and it isn't charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Each account gets one trial.
No. The vendor a product came from is never shown in the client portal or on invoices. You keep the vendor's price and your own price separately, and you choose, client by client, whether prices or source links are visible at all.
Upload a photo of the real space, choose products you've already sourced, and Reimagine renders the room with them. Because every item is a real product with a price, the concept comes with an estimated total, and an approved concept can go straight onto the invoice and into purchase orders. Reimagine is included in Professional (150 renders a month) and Studio (600).
Clients pay invoices by card in their portal, and once you've connected a bank account the money is paid out to you through Stripe. Qurate keeps a small platform fee on client payments: 2% on Starter, 1% on Professional and none on Studio. Stripe's card processing fees apply separately.
Install the Qurate Chrome extension and click it on any product page to save the product to your library, with its name, price and images. You can also add products by hand or import them from a spreadsheet.
Yes. Any product can be for sale, for rent or both. You can log shipments as they arrive, print QR labels for thermal label printers, shelve items by building, room and shelf, and see which projects a rental piece is currently out on.
Capture your first products, render the room, and send a client portal link in under 10 minutes — then let Qurate carry the job all the way to install day.
