Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Qurate (“Qurate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of our website, web application, and browser extension (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services
Qurate provides tools for interior design professionals to capture products, organize catalogs and collections, manage clients and projects, generate AI room concepts, and handle related invoicing and payments. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the Services.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for business use.
- You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Subscriptions, billing, and payments
- Paid features are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable recurring fee (monthly or annual) to your payment method until you cancel.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you retain access until then.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. We may change our prices with reasonable notice, effective on your next renewal.
- Payments, and any payouts you receive through the Services, are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Services.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in the Services, including products, catalogs, collections, projects, concepts, invoices, notes, and images (your “Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and process your Content solely to operate and provide the Services to you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
Client information and your responsibilities
You may add information about your clients (such as names, email addresses, and addresses) to manage projects and share a client portal. You are responsible for having the right to provide this information to us and for complying with applicable privacy and communication laws in your dealings with your clients. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any law or the rights of others.
- Upload content that is infringing, unlawful, or that you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Services or other users’ accounts or data.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Services except as expressly permitted.
- Use the Services to send spam or to transmit malware or harmful code.
Browser extension
The Qurate browser extension captures product details from a web page only when you trigger a capture. You are responsible for ensuring your use of captured content complies with the source website’s terms and applicable law. The extension is licensed to you for use with the Services and is subject to these Terms.
AI features
The Reimagine feature generates room concept images from photos you submit using third-party AI models. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected and is provided for inspiration only. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on or sharing it, and for ensuring you have the rights to any images you submit.
Third-party services
The Services integrate with third parties such as Stripe, Google, and MailerSend. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, and branding, are owned by Qurate and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we may delete your Content in accordance with our data retention practices, except where we are required to retain it.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qurate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qurate and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Qurate is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
