Why I built Qurate
A design job does not end when the client says yes. It ends when the chair is in the room, undamaged, on the day you promised. Every tool I tried stopped somewhere before that.
Design toolkits stop at the moodboard. The portal looks great, the client approves, and then procurement dies at the PDF: you are back in a spreadsheet to order, track and receive. Accounting suites stop at the ledger. They start at the purchase order, weeks after the real work started, and they charge for every chair at every desk. AI render apps stop at a pretty picture: fantasy furniture you cannot buy, with no price, no approval and no order behind it.
So the job gets stitched together with five logins, email threads and a shared spreadsheet. Sources leak to clients. Hours go unbilled. Damage gets found on install morning instead of the day the box arrived.
Qurate is built on one idea: the job is not done until the piece is in the room. You capture a product from any site with a screenshot and a click. You show it in the client's actual room with an AI render made from the products you actually sourced, so the render is a quote, not a mood. The client approves in a portal that carries your brand and hides your vendors. The approval becomes the invoice. The invoice becomes the purchase order. Receiving, QR labels and warehouse locations carry each piece to the door.
It is priced for a studio, not per seat, because a two-person studio should not pay enterprise rates to stop using spreadsheets. Plans start at $19 a month with a 14-day free trial on every one.
Who it is for
Interior designers, home stagers, party and event decorators, florists and rental companies, and furniture and decor dealers: anyone who sources products for clients and has to present them, sell or rent them, and get them delivered. It is not for homeowners furnishing their own place.
