This Privacy Policy explains how Qurate (“Qurate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, web application, and browser extension (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), and optional business profile details such as company name, phone, and address.
• Content you create. Products, catalogs, collections, projects, concepts, invoices, calendar events, and any notes or images you upload to organize your work.
• Client information you provide. Details you add about your clients (such as name, email, and addresses) so you can manage projects and share a client portal. You are responsible for having the right to share this information with us.
• Browser extension data. When you actively capture a product using the Qurate extension, we receive the product details (such as title, price, images, and source URL) from the page you choose to capture. The extension reads page content only when you trigger a capture; it does not continuously track your browsing.
• Payment information. Subscription and payment processing are handled by Stripe. We store limited billing metadata (such as your subscription status and the brand and last four digits of a card); full card numbers never reach our servers.
• Usage and technical data. Basic log information such as IP address, device and browser type, and actions taken in the app, used to operate and secure the Services.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Process subscriptions, payments, and payouts.
• Generate AI room concepts (“Reimagine”) from images you submit.
• Send transactional email such as verification, password resets, and client portal notifications.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the Services.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

Service providers we share with

We share information with third parties only as needed to run the Services. These include:

• Stripe — payment processing and payouts.
• Google (Gemini API) — generating Reimagine concept images from the photos you submit.
• MailerSend — sending transactional and notification emails.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — running our servers and database.
• Address and property data providers — when you use address autocomplete or property lookup features.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Qurate, our users, or the public.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account, after which we will delete or de-identify your information except where we are required to retain it (for example, for tax, accounting, or legal obligations).

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and scoped access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update much of your information directly in the app, or contact us to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to operate the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.

Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services.
